David Kouroyen counsels Clifford & Kenny’s municipal clients on a wide range of matters, including contract negotiation, zoning and land use, injured-on-duty claims, public records and procurement law.  He brings extensive experience in all phases of civil litigation. 

 

During law school, Attorney Kouroyen was awarded the Jurisprudence Award for Excellent Achievement in the Study of Contracts and was a Lead Article Editor of Suffolk Law’s Moot Court Honor Board.
